Do you offer returns or cancellations?

We don’t offer returns or cancellations by choice — but don’t worry!

We always take care of you if anything goes wrong with your order.

So yes, we do help you…

But help with what exactly?

We gladly offer a refund or a free replacement if:


  • The product arrives defective

    The product arrives damaged

    You receive the wrong item

In these cases, you don’t need to return anything — just contact us and we’ll fix it immediately.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Your experience matters to us.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will:

✔️ Send a free replacement (if available)

No need to return the item.

  • Your order number

    Clear photos of the issue
Will I need to send the product back?

No.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we do not require returns.

We only ask for photo proof to verify the issue.

Can I exchange my product?

We do not offer exchanges for personal reasons.

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will instead offer:


  • A free replacement, or
    A full refund
Do you offer the EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal?

Yes, for EU customers only (where legally applicable).

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, provided that:


  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

    You provide proof of purchase

Approved withdrawals are refunded to your original payment method

How long do refunds take?


Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Your bank/credit card provider may need extra time to post the refund.
